FD JAPAN/FDJ2ともに、ライセンス規約もご確認ください。
※以後、FD JAPAN → FDJ とします。ライセンスに対する考え
ライセンスはFDJライセンスとFDJ2ライセンスの2種類（※FDJ3のライセンスに関しては別ページで説明）になります。FDJおよびFDJ2のライセンスは、FDJおよびFDJ2にエントリーするために必要となります。有効期限は、発行年の12月31日（1年間）までです。更新／申請の期間は10月1日まで可能ですが、有効期限は変わりません。
ライセンス取得者は、必ずしもFDJ／FDJ2に出場しなければならないわけではございません。ただし、１年間、更新を行わないとライセンスが失効、更新不可となり、翌年には再申請が必要になる場合がございます。
※ライセンス更新・申請の承認がおりた段階でライセンスを発行します。
ただし、ドライバー、スポッター、メカニックパスに関しましては、エントリーが確定した段階で出場するクラスのパスを発行いたしますのでご理解の上、更新、申請を行って下さい。ライセンスの種類
FDJライセンス → FDJ、FDJ2のどちらかへ出場可能
FDJ2ライセンス → FDJ2、FDJ3へ出場可能
※FDJライセンスを取得済みの選手は、FDJ2のライセンスを取得（申請／更新）する必要はございません。2025年度ライセンス申請について
FDJライセンスを更新・申請し承認された際は、【A】「FDJライセンス取得者」の項目をご覧ください。
FDJ2ライセンスを更新・申請し承認された際は、【B】「FDJ2ライセンス取得者」の項目をご覧ください。
FDJライセンスを更新・申請し承認を得られなかった場合、およびFDJ2への参戦を希望する方は、FDJ2のライセンス申請を行って下さい。
年間エントリー／スポットエントリーについて
年間エントリーの開始時期は2025年1月中旬～下旬を予定しております。
※FDJ、FDJ2ともにエントリー開始日時は決まり次第、発表いたします。
年間エントリー枠は、約50チームとします。年間エントリー枠が規定数（約50チーム）に達した場合は、年間を通してスポットエントリーは募集いたしません[※A]。
スポットエントリーを募集する際は、年間エントリーの状況や以下の諸事情により各開催日に近づきましたら発表させていただきます。スポットエントリーの枠数は、会場により異なります。
年間エントリーは、「優先出場権利」を持つ選手が優先されます。
感染症の拡大防止、緊急事態宣言、国策、社会情勢、天変地異や災害などの諸事情により、大会自体が開催可能な状況であっても、スポットエントリーを募集しない可能性がございます。スポットエントリーでの出場を考えている選手／チームに関しまして、前述の諸事情により年間を通して出場できなくなる可能性を含んでいることをご了承頂きます。
※FDJ、FDJ2の各大会は、年間エントリーを主体に運営＆開催しております。
[※a] 感染症の拡大防止、緊急事態宣言、国策、社会情勢、天変地異や災害などの諸事情により、年間エントリー枠が規定数に達しない状況（40台を超えた場合）であっても、スポットエントリーを募集しない場合があります。優先出場権利
「優先出場権利」とは、優先的にエントリーできる権利です。特に年間エントリーの優位性に効力があります。スポットエントリーの枠がある大会でも、「優先出場権利」の効力はありますが、枠数に限りがあり、権利を持つ選手内でも優位性が生じるため、必ず出場できるということではありません。

FDJで年間シリーズポイントの上位41位以下の選手は、基本的にFDJ2へ降格となります。FDJへの昇格は、前年のFDJ2で年間シリーズポイントの上位10名
前年FDJ年間シリーズポイント上位40位内の選手が、年間エントリーを辞退した場合は、オフィシャルの判断により41位以下の上位から順に繰り上がりで年間エントリーの権利が与えられます。これ以下は、「優先出場権利」に準じ、オフィシャルの判断によります。
※基本的にFDJ2からFDJ3への降格はありませんが、FDJ2の合計エントリー台数が40台を超えた場合、41位以下の選手は翌シーズンはFDJ3への降格の可能性がございますので、予めご了承ください。
【A】
■FDJライセンス更新について
前年度のライセンス取得者は、前年度のFDJエントリーの有無や年間シリーズポイントとは関係なくライセンスの更新が可能です。ただし、ライセンスを更新することなく1シーズン以上が過ぎてしまった場合は失効となり、更新はできなくなります。ライセンスの再申請が必要となります。
■FDJライセンス取得者
ライセンス取得者で、年間を通してFDJに1戦もエントリーがない場合は、年間シリーズポイントは「なし」となります。この場合、翌年（この場合は2025年度）にFDJライセンスを更新することは可能です。ただし、「FDJに出場可能なドライバー = 年間シリーズポイント40位内に優先出場権利が与えられる」の規定から外れるため、FDJにエントリーすることはできません（FDJ年間シリーズポイント上位40位以内の選手が年間エントリーを辞退した場合は、オフィシャルの判断により41位以下の上位から順に繰り上がりで年間エントリーの権利が与えられます）。再度、FDJに出場する権利を得るためには、前年のFDJ2の年間累積シリーズポイント10位以内が条件となります。
ライセンス取得者でブランク[※4] がある選手は、FDJ2にエントリーし、1開催で「TOP4」に勝ち上がることで、FDJへエントリーする権利を得ることができます。
[※4] 1シーズン以上FDJに出場しておらず、なおかつ最終出場年度の成績が年間シリーズポイント40位以内。または1シーズン以上かつ、他大会でも目立つ成績がない。
※諸事情により年間を通して大会に出場できない、海外選手は諸事情により年間を通して来日できないなど確固たる理由があった場合は、翌年の出場に関してはオフィシャルが救済処置を行うことを前提に検討し、慎重に協議いたします。
※FD JAPANライセンス更新/申請は12月24日（火）の13：00より開始いたしますので、今しばらくお待ちください。
【B】
■FDJ2ライセンス更新について
前年度のライセンス取得者は、前年度のFDJ2出場の有無や年間シリーズポイントとは関係なく、更新が可能です。ただし、ライセンスを更新することなく1シーズン以上が過ぎてしまった場合は失効となり、更新はできなくなります。再度、申請（再申請）が必要となります。
■FDJ2ライセンス取得者
ライセンス取得者は、FDJ2へエントリーすることができます。FDJ2で年間シリーズポイント上位10位以内の選手は、FDJライセンスを取得する権利が与えられ、優先的にFDJへエントリーすること（昇格）が可能になります。この選手が、FDJに参戦を希望する、またはFDJライセンス取得を希望する場合は、FDJライセンス申請を行って下さい。FDJライセンスを取得する権利は得たものの、取得することなく1シーズン以上が過ぎてしまった場合は、ライセンス取得の権利がなくなります。
ライセンス取得者で、年間を通してFDJ2にエントリーしなかった場合は、年間累積ポイントは「なし」となります。この場合、翌年（この場合は2026年度）にFDJ2ライセンスを更新することは可能です。ただし、FDJから降格してきた選手、前年のFDJ2年間シリーズポイントの上位選手や、他大会で実績のある選手などに、優先出場権利があるため、出場枠がなくなる場合もありますので、必ずしもエントリーできるとは限りません。
※基本的にFDJ2からFDJ3への降格はありませんが、FDJ2の合計エントリー台数が40台を超えた場合、41位以下の選手は翌シーズンはFDJ3への降格の可能性がございますので、予めご了承ください。

*FD JAPAN will hereinafter be referred to as “FDJ”.License format
There are two types of licenses: FDJ license and FDJ2 license (*For FDJ3 license, please refer to the separate page). FDJ and FDJ2 licenses are required for entry into FDJ and FDJ2. The expiration date is December 31st of the issued year. Renewal/application process are possible until October 1st, but the expiration date remains the same.
Licensees are not necessarily required to compete in FDJ or FDJ2. However, the following conditions may result in license expiration or declined renewal. Thus, a new application may be required the following year.
※A license will be issued upon approval of the license renewal/application.
However, please note that driver, spotter, and mechanic passes will be issued for the class in which you will compete only after your entry is confirmed.Types of Licenses
FDJ License: Allows entry into either FDJ or FDJ2
FDJ2 License: Allows entry into either FDJ2 or FDJ3
※Drivers who have obtained FDJ license do not need to apply for or renew their FDJ2 license.Application for the 2025 licenses

If you have not been approved for an FDJ license and still wish to compete in FDJ2, please apply for the FDJ2 license.
Annual Entry/Spot Entry
Annual entry is scheduled to begin in mid to late January 2025.
※The start date of registration for both FDJ and FDJ2 entries will be announced as soon as it is determined.The annual entry limit will be approximately 50 teams. If the annual entry quota reaches the limit (approximately 50 teams), spot entries will not be accepted throughout the year [*A].
The number of available spot entries will be announced closer to each event date, depending on the status of annual entries and each circumstance. The number of available spot entries will vary depending on each venue.
Annual entries will be given priority to drivers with “Priority Entry” status.
Due to various circumstances such as the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, declaration of a state of emergency, national policy, social conditions, natural disasters or natural calamities, we may not accept spot entries even if the event itself can be held. Please be aware that the aforementioned circumstances may prevent a driver/team from competing throughout the year.
FDJ and FDJ2 championships are operated and held mainly by teams with annual entries.
[*A] Due to various reasons such as the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, declaration of a state of emergency, national policy, social conditions, natural disasters, etc., we may not accept spot entries even if the number of annual entries does not reach the specified number (at least 40 entries).
Priority Entry status
Priority Entry status defines the priority hierarchy for submitting entries. It is most effective for annual entry priority. It also provides priority for spot entries, but as the number of spots are limited and there will be precedence among the entrants who have the status, so it does not always guarantee entries.
★Order of precedence for FDJ Priority Entry rights in 2025 (FDJ licensees)
Priority 1: Top 40 in 2024 FDJ annual series points
Priority 1: Top 10 in 2024 FDJ2 annual series points
Priority 2: Drivers who have obtained license from FD USA or drivers recommended by FD USA in 2024
Priority 3: Ranked 41st or lower in 2024 FDJ annual series points (in the event that a driver with a higher FDJ ranking declines to participate) [*1].
Priority 4: Ranked 11th or lower in 2024 FDJ2 annual series points (in the event that a driver with a higher FDJ2 ranking declines to participate) [*1].
Priority 5: Recommended nomination from officials [*2].
Priority 6: Other FDJ license holders
Any other participant will be at the discretion of the officials.[※1] Officials will examine the applicants before awarding them the right to participate in the competition.
[※2] Drivers or teams who plan to participate in the 2025 series and are building a competition vehicle based on the current model vehicle may be considered for eligibility and allowed to participate with the approval of FD USA.★Order of precedence for FDJ2 Priority Entry (FDJ or FDJ2 licensees)

FDJ drivers ranked lower than 41st in the annual points will most likely be demoted to FDJ2 for the following season.
Top 10 FDJ2 drivers in the annual points will be promoted to FDJ for the following season.In the event that a driver in the Top 40 of the previous year’s FDJ annual series points withdraws from the annual entry, another driver will be moved up in order of priority to the annual entry at the discretion of the officials, starting from the 41st or lower. Officials will decide based on the “Priority Entry” status.
※Normally, there will be no demotion from FDJ2 to FDJ3, but if the total number of entries in FDJ2 exceeds 40 drivers, any drivers ranked 41st and lower may be relegated to FDJ3 for the following season.
【A】
■FDJ License Renewal
Licensees who obtained a license in the previous year may renew their license regardless of whether or not they made an FDJ entry in the previous year or regardless of their annual series points. However, if more than one season passes without the license being renewed, the license will expire and cannot be renewed. You will need to reapply for the license.
■FDJ Licensees
Licensees may enter either FDJ or FDJ2. If entered in FDJ, you will not be able to compete in FDJ2 in the same year.
If entered in FDJ2, you will basically not be able to compete in FDJ in the same year.Top 3 drivers of FDJ annual point ranking will be eligible to obtain a FORMULA DRIFT PRO competition license.
TOP 10 drivers of FDJ annual point ranking basically will not eligible to compete in FDJ2 for the following season.
If a licensee does not enter a single FDJ competition throughout the year, the annual series points for the driver will be “none”. In this case, although it is possible to renew the FDJ license for the following year (in such case, 2026), the driver will not be able to enter FDJ because the inpidual will be out of the category of “Top 40 in 2024 FDJ annual series points are given priority entry” (In the event that a driver in the Top 40 of the previous year’s FDJ annual series points withdraws from the annual entry, another driver will be moved up in order of priority to the annual entry at the discretion of the officials, starting from the 41st or lower). Thus, to be eligible to compete in FDJ again, the driver must finish within Top 10 in FDJ2 annual series points.
Licensed drivers who have been out of competition for more than one season [※4] may enter FDJ2 and proceed to TOP4 in one event to become eligible to enter FDJ.
[※4] A driver who has not competed in the FDJ for more than one season and whose result in the last year of competition is within Top 40 in the annual series points (and/or a driver with no outstanding results in other competitions for more than one season).
※If there is a legitimate reason for not being able to participate in the competition for the entire year, such as overseas drivers not being able to come to Japan for all competition events due to various reasons, the officials will be on the premise to consider exemptions for following year’s eligibility with prudent discussions.

License Renewal/Application【B】
■FDJ2 License Renewal
Licensees who obtained a license in the previous year may renew it regardless of whether or not they competed in FDJ2 in the previous year and regardless of their annual series points. However, if more than one season passes without the license being renewed, the license will expire and cannot be renewed. You will need to reapply for the license.
■FDJ2 Licensees
Licensees are eligible to enter FDJ2. Drivers ranked in the Top 10 of FDJ2 annual series points are entitled to obtain FDJ license and are given Priority Entry status for FDJ entry. Drivers must apply for FDJ license if they wish to enter FDJ or obtain FDJ license. If more than one season
If a licensee does not enter a single FDJ2 competition throughout the year, the annual series points for the driver will be “none”. It is still possible to renew the FDJ2 license for the following year (in such case, 2026). License Renewal/Application - 中文
请确认 FD JAPAN/FDJ2 的参赛资格证条款。
※以下将 FD JAPAN 简称为 FDJ。对参赛资格证的区分
参赛资格证分为 FDJ 参赛资格和FDJ2 参赛资格两种（※关于 FDJ3 参赛资格证的说明请见另页）。参加FDJ和FDJ2的车手必须注册及需要持有 FDJ 和 FDJ2 参赛资格证。有效期限为发放年度的 12 月 31 日（为期一年）。更新/申请的截止日期为 10月1日，但有效期不变。
参赛资格证持有者并不一定必须参加 FDJ／FDJ2 的比赛。然而，以下条件可能导致参赛资格证失效、无法更新，届时需要在翌年重新申请。
※在参赛资格证更新或申请获得批准后，将给与发放参赛资格证。然而，对于车手、观察员和技师的年度通行证，也将在确认报名阶段时发放所参加的类别年度通行证，请在理解以上内容的基础上按时进行更新和申请。

如果申请并未获得批准的FDJ参赛资格证的车手，以及希望参加FDJ2的车手，请申请FDJ2参赛资格证。
关于年度报名和临时报名
年度报名预计将于2025年1月中旬至下旬开始。
※FDJ和FDJ2的报名开始日期将在确定后公布年度报名的名额约为50支车队。如果年度报名名额（约50支车队）已满，则全年不再接受临时报名【※A】。
临时报名将在接近各比赛日期时，根据年度报名的情况和以下情况公布。临时报名的名额因场地而异。
年度报名车手拥有“优先参赛权”，将被优先考虑。
由于防止传染病扩散、紧急事态宣言、国家政策、社会局势、自然灾害等原因，即使比赛可以举办，也有可能不会招募临时报名。对于考虑通过临时报名参赛的车手/车队，请理解在上述情况下全年可能无法参赛的风险。
※FDJ和FDJ2的各项比赛主要通过年度报名进行运营和举办。

“优先参赛权”是指优先报名的权利，尤其在年度报名中具有优势。即使在有临时报名名额的比赛中，优先参赛权也有效，但由于名额有限，即使拥有此权利的车手之间也会产生优先级，因此不一定能确保参赛。

FDJ年度系列积分在41名以下的车手，基本上会降级到FDJ2。FDJ的晋级名额为前年FDJ2年度系列积分前10名。
如果前年FDJ年度系列积分前40名的车手辞退年度报名，则由官方决定按顺序递补至41名以下的上位车手进行年度报名。之后按照“优先参赛权”由官方判断决定。
※基本上没有从FDJ2降级到FDJ3的情况，但如果FDJ2的总报名数量超过40辆车，41名以下的车手在下个赛季有可能会降级到FDJ3，请预先知悉。
【A】
■关于FDJ参赛资格证的更新
前一年度的参赛资格证持有者无论是否参加前一年度的FDJ或其年度系列积分情况，都可以更新参赛资格证。但是，如果在没有更新参赛资格证的情况下过了一个赛季以上，参赛资格证将失效，不能再更新。需要重新申请参赛资格证。
■FDJ参赛资格证持有者
参赛资格证持有者可以报名参加FDJ或FDJ2中的任一。如果报名FDJ，同年不能参加FDJ2。如果报名FDJ2，原则上同年不能参加FDJ。
在FDJ中获得年度积分排名前3的车手可以获得美国FORMULA DRIFT PRO竞技参赛资格证的所有权。
在前一年（2024年）FDJ中获得年度积分排名前10的车手原则上不能参加FDJ2。
如果参赛资格证持有者全年未参加FDJ的任何一场比赛，其年度系列积分为“无”。这种情况下，下一年（2026年）仍然可以更新FDJ参赛资格证。但是，因为不符合“可以参加FDJ的车手=年度积分排名前40名内享有优先参赛权”的规定，所以不能参加FDJ（如果年度积分排名前40名的车手辞退了年度报名，将由官方决定按顺序递补至41名以下的车手进行年度报名）。重新获得参加FDJ的资格需要在前一年FDJ2中年度累计系列积分排名前10名以内。
参赛资格证持有者如果有空白期[※4]，可以报名参加FDJ2，并在一场比赛中进入“前4名”以获得参加FDJ的资格。
[※4] 超过一个赛季未参加FDJ，并且最后参赛年度的成绩在年度系列积分前40名以内。或超过一个赛季且在其他比赛中也没有显著成绩。
如果因特殊情况全年无法参加比赛的外国车手，或者因特殊情况全年无法来日本的外国车手，将在确认其正当理由的基础上，由官方进行救济措施，并慎重协商次年参赛的事宜。

■关于FDJ2参赛资格证的更新
前一年度的参赛资格证持有者无论是否参加前一年度的FDJ2或其年度系列积分情况，都可以更新参赛资格证。但是，如果在没有更新参赛资格证的情况下过了一个赛季以上，参赛资格证将失效，不能再更新。需要重新申请参赛资格证。
■FDJ2 参赛资格证持有者
参赛资格证持有者可以报名参加FDJ2。如果在FDJ2中获得年度系列积分前10名的车手，可以获得FDJ参赛资格证的权利，并优先报名参加FDJ（晋级）。这些车手如果希望参赛FDJ或希望获得FDJ参赛资格证，请申请FDJ参赛资格证。如果获得了FDJ参赛资格证的权利，但在一个赛季以上没有申请，则失去该权利。
如果参赛资格证持有者全年未参加FDJ2的任何一场比赛，其年度累计积分为“无”。这种情况下，下一年（2026年）仍然可以更新FDJ2参赛资格证。但是，由于从FDJ降级的车手、前一年度FDJ2系列积分前几名的车手和其他比赛有成绩的车手享有优先参赛权，因此可能会没有出场名额，因此不一定确保100%能报名。
※基本上没有从FDJ2降级到FDJ3的情况，但如果FDJ2的总报名数量超过40辆车，41名以下的车手在下个赛季有可能会降级到FDJ3，请预先知悉。
