Entry Agreement & Privacy Policy
I hereby pledge that, in participating in FDJ2 (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) organized by MSC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), I fully understand that motorsports involve inherent risks. I agree to bear all damages incurred by myself including injury, permanent disability, death, or any other incidents occurring in connection with the Event, and I will not pursue any claims for damages or hold the Organizer liable under any circumstances.
This agreement holds true even if the accident is caused by the Organizer, their employees, the circuit, or the negligence of other participants.
In the event my vehicle is damaged due to a crash or similar incident, I agree to repair it at my own expense under any circumstances, without seeking compensation from the other party involved in the crash or incident.
Should I cause damage to facilities, equipment, or vehicles due to my own negligence, I agree to fully compensate for the damages incurred.
Furthermore, the Event uses drones to capture dramatic footage for distribution to spectators and viewers of the live stream. While filming will be conducted at a reasonably safe distance, there is a possibility that a drone may come into contact with a participating vehicle during the Event. I hereby pledge not to pursue any claims for damages or hold the Organizers liable in any way should a drone come into contact with a participating vehicle. I understand this is to deliver the best possible footage globally and agree to this on behalf of both the driver and team members.
This agreement also applies if a drone enters the driver's field of vision during the Event.
I pledge to follow the Organizer's instructions during the Event, as they hold authority over all matters.
FDJ2 operates as an open paddock for all rounds to bring drivers and spectators closer together. The open paddock allows general spectators to enter the paddock area (though the pits themselves remain off-limits), enabling them to view pit operations up close. Therefore, when performing maneuvers such as driving rear tires while the vehicle is jacked up (for warming-up, etc), at least one pit crew member must be present to warn spectators and prevent them from entering the pits. Barriers such as cones will be used to enforce this restriction, and every effort will be made to prevent accidents. For the same reason, when moving vehicles in or out of the pits, pit crew members will safely guide the team's vehicle while blowing a whistle.
*Please prepare your own whistle.
The circuit is not 100% safe. To operate the event as safely as possible, strictly adhere to the Event rules. Please follow the signs posted throughout the venue, such as entry restriction areas and presenting permission to enter restricted areas.
Should any team personnel be observed failing to comply with restrictions, penalties such as driver point deductions may be imposed on that team. Should this occur, any penalties imposed will be decided and announced after consultation between FD Japan and FD USA.
Team managers hereby promise to manage and supervise all team members, including photographers associated with the team. Furthermore, should a situation arise leading to a penalty, they hereby promise to promptly accept this penalty without exceptions.
I consent to the use and publication of images (videos and pictures) of drivers, team personnel, campaign girls, and vehicles during the Event for television programs (J SPORTS 3 / MOTOR GAMES), websites and mobile sites operated by our company, media materials, magazines, newspapers, and other media outlets, as well as DVDs and promotional images/videos for sale. Furthermore, I agree to entrust the Organizer with secondary and tertiary uses of my image/likeness rights.
I also agree to the above terms (use and publication on websites/mobile sites operated by our company, media materials, various media outlets such as magazines and newspapers, DVDs for sale, and promotional images/videos) regarding visitors who enter the Event as spectators using complimentary tickets.
All participants filming during the event must obtain permission from the Organizer. Unauthorized filming or use will result in MSC charging the compensation based on our company standards (approximately ¥100,000 per minute) to the group who filmed and/or used the unapproved contents.
However, this rule does not apply to drivers who do not earn income from video streaming or in cases where it is determined that the activity will enhance the promotional effect of the Event.
For sponsored activities, revenue-generating filming, or use of footage involving individual participants, please obtain prior filming permission from MSC.
This procedure must be submitted to the Organizer through your participating team.
