FDJ3のライセンスは、FDJ3にエントリーするために必要となります。有効期限は、発行年の12月31日（1年間）です。申請の期間は10月31日まで可能ですが、有効期限は変わりません。
FDJ3ライセンス取得者は、FDJ3へエントリーすることができますが、必ずしもFDJ3に出場しなければならないわけではございません。ただし、いくつかの条件によりライセンスの失効、更新不可となり、翌年には新たに再申請が必要になる場合がございますので、予め了承ください。
FDJ3ライセンス取得者で、年間を通して1戦もFDJ3にエントリーしなかった場合は、年間累積ポイントは「なし」となります。この場合、翌年（ここでは2027年度のことを指します）にFDJ3ライセンスを更新することは可能です。ただし、前年（ここでは2026年度のことを指します）のFDJ3年間シリーズポイントの上位選手や、他大会で実績のある選手などに優先出場権利があります。そのため、1戦もエントリーしてない選手は翌年の出場優先順位が低くなるため、ライセンスを更新したとしても必ずしもエントリーできるとは限りませんのでご注意ください。
※ライセンス更新・申請の承認がおりた段階でライセンスを発行します。
ただし、ドライバー、スポッター、メカニックパスに関しましては、エントリーが確定した段階で発行いたしますのでご理解の上、更新、申請を行って下さい。
年間エントリーの開始時期は1月下旬を予定しております。
※エントリー開始日時は決まり次第、発表いたします。
年間エントリー枠は、約50チームとします。年間エントリー枠が規定数（約50チーム）に達した場合は、年間を通してスポットエントリーを募集しない場合がございます。
スポットエントリーを募集する際は、年間エントリーの状況や以下の諸事情により各開催日に近づきましたら発表させていただきます。スポットエントリーの枠数は、会場により異なります。
※FDJ3は年間エントリーを主体に運営＆開催しております。
「優先出場権利」とは、優先的にエントリーできる権利です。特に年間エントリーの優位性に効力があります。スポットエントリーの枠がある大会でも、「優先出場権利」の効力はありますが、枠数に限りがあり、権利を持つ選手内でも優位性が生じるため、必ず出場できるということではありません。
★2026年 FDJ3優先出場権利の優位順（FDJ3ライセンス取得済み）
優位性①「FD JAPANおよびFDJ2出場経験者」
優位性②「2025年度のFDJ3出場者」
優位性③「2025年度以前のFDJ3出場者」
優位性④「オフィシャルからの推薦枠」
優位性⑤「FDJ3ライセンス取得選手」
これ以下は、オフィシャルの判断によります。
※上記はあくまでも規定数を超えるエントリーがあった場合の優先順位となります。
年間エントリー費／24万円（26万4,000円／税込）
※エントリー枠が残っている場合のみ、スポットエントリーを受付します。
FDJ3で年間シリーズポイントの上位10位以内に入ることによって来シーズン、FDJ2に昇格することが可能となります。
※FDJ3 ライセンスの更新/申請は12月12日（金）13：00より開始いたします。
■License format
FDJ3 licenses are required for entry into FDJ3. The expiration date is December 31st of the issued year. Renewal/application process are possible until October 31st, but the expiration date remains the same.
Licensees are not necessarily required to compete in FDJ3. However, the following conditions may result in license expiration or declined renewal. Thus, a new application may be required the following year.
If a licensee does not enter a single FDJ3 competition throughout the year, the annual series points for the driver will be “none”. It is still possible to renew the FDJ3 license for the following year (in such case, 2027).
However, priority entry rights are granted to top-ranked athletes in the previous year’s (in such case, 2026) FDJ3 Series Points standings, as well as athletes with proven results in other competitions. Therefore, athletes who did not enter a single race will have lower priority for entry the following year. Please note that even if they renew their license, entry is not guaranteed.
*A license will be issued upon approval of the license renewal/application.
However, please note that driver, spotter, and mechanic passes will be issued for the class in which you will compete only after your entry is confirmed.
■Annual Entry/Spot Entry
Annual entry is scheduled to begin in late January 2026
*The start date of registration for FDJ3 entries will be announced as soon as it is determined.
The annual entry limit will be approximately 50 teams. If the annual entry quota reaches the limit (approximately 50 teams), spot entries will not be accepted throughout the year.
The number of available spot entries will be announced closer to each event date, depending on the status of annual entries and each circumstance. The number of available spot entries will vary depending on each venue.
FDJ3 championships are operated and held mainly by teams with annual entries.
■Priority Entry status
Priority Entry status defines the priority hierarchy for submitting entries. It is most effective for annual entry priority. It also provides priority for spot entries, but as the number of spots are limited and there will be precedence among the entrants who have the status, so it does not always guarantee entries.
★Order of precedence for FDJ3 Priority Entry rights in 2026 (FDJ3 licensees)
Priority 1: Drivers with experience competing in the FDJ and FDJ2.
Priority 2: Drivers with experience competing in FDJ3 during the 2025 season
Priority 3: Drivers with experience competing in FDJ3 prior to the 2025 season
Priority 4: Recommended nomination from officials.
Priority 5: Other FDJ3 license holders
Any other participant will be at the discretion of the officials.
■Entry fee (2026 Series)
Annual entry fee: 240,000 yen (264,000 yen w/tax)
*Spot entries may be accepted only when there are extra slots, but basically not accepted.
■Promotion to FDJ2
Top 10 FDJ3 drivers in the annual points will be promoted to FDJ2 for the following season.
※FDJ3 License renewal/application will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 12th.
■对参赛资格证的区分
参加FDJ3的车手必须注册及需要持有 FDJ3 参赛资格证。有效期限为发放年度的 12 月 31 日（为期一年）。更新/申请的截止日期为 10 月 31日，但有效期不变。
FDJ3参赛资格证持有者并不一定必须参加FDJ3 的比赛。然而，以下条件可能导致参赛资格证失效、无法更新，届时需要在翌年重新申请。
如果参赛资格证持有者全年未参加FDJ3的任何一场比赛，其年度累计积分为“无”。这种情况下，下一年（2027年）仍然可以更新FDJ3参赛资格证。
但需注意，上年度（2026年）FDJ3 系列赛积分排名前列的选手，以及在其他赛事中表现突出的选手等，将享有优先参赛资格。因此，未报名参加任何一场赛事的选手，次年的参赛优先级将降低，即使更新了参赛执照也未必能获得参赛资格，敬请留意。
※在参赛资格证更新或申请获得批准后，将给与发放参赛资格证。然而，对于车手、观察员和技师的年度通行证，也将在确认报名阶段时发放所参加的类别年度通行证，请在理解以上内容的基础上按时进行更新和申请。
■关于年度报名和临时报名
年度报名预计将于2026年1月下旬开始。
※FDJ3的报名开始日期将在确定后公布。
年度报名的名额约为50支车队。如果年度报名名额（约50支车队）已满，则全年不再接受临时报名
临时报名将在接近各比赛日期时，根据年度报名的情况和以下情况公布。临时报名的名额因场地而异。
※FDJ3的各项比赛主要通过年度报名进行运营和举办。
■优先参赛权
“优先参赛权”是指优先报名的权利，尤其在年度报名中具有优势。即使在有临时报名名额的比赛中，优先参赛权也有效，但由于名额有限，即使拥有此权利的车手之间也会产生优先级，因此不一定能确保参赛。
★2026年FDJ3优先参赛权的优先顺序（已获得FDJ3参赛资格证）
优先①：“FD JAPAN及FDJ2的参赛经历者”
优先②：“2025年度FDJ3参赛者”
优先③：“2025年度之前的FDJ3参赛者”
优先④：“官方推荐的名额”
优先⑤：“获得FDJ3参赛资格证的车手”
以下由官方判断决定。
■报名费（2026年年度）
年度报名费：24万日元（含税26万4,000日元）
※临时报名仅在名额有剩余的情况下接受，但原则上不接受。
■FDJ2晋级
FDJ2的参赛名额将授予前一年FDJ3年度系列赛积分排名前十的选手。
※FDJ3 驾照续期/申请将于12月12日星期五下午1点开始。
